Quality, locally procured, sustainably grown artisan food is more expensive than industrial , mass produced, nameless, faceless food, of that there is no doubt. But we feel it’s worth every penny. Food grown and prepared in age old ways, slowly and purposefully, tastes better, is better for the environment and we believe it’s better for us: mind, body and soul.
