‘Tis the Season to be Jolly!

Yes, the holidays are upon us and ’tis the season to be jolly! Sometimes all the entertaining, decorating and gift shopping etc. can become a little overwhelming, however, and if that happens jolly can turn to “bah humbug” pretty easily.

Now, for a quick holiday entertaining tip, I’m happy to pass along a tradition from our customer Peggy, who orders our fully-cooked half ducks from us and pairs them with some wonderful home cooked sides, including her home-made cranberry sauce!  These make entertaining a dream (no brining, stuffing or carving required).
