Peas, Glorious Peas

Peas are one of the first crops ever cultivated and we (Canada) are the world’s biggest producer and exporter! They are an environmentally friendly food as the crops provide the soil with nutrients needed, specifically nitrogen. Peas are loaded with vitamin K, manganese and antioxidants. These green beauties are sweet, fresh and delicious!
