We are a unique gourmet food store in Mid-Town Toronto that showcases exceptional Ontario products and the passionate people behind them. At Culinarium™ we offer a range of organic, natural, artisanal and / or sustainably produced products. These products range from preserves to snacks, cheeses to meats, non-perishables to frozen items. The one thing that all our products have in common is they are all locally produced. Our motto is All Ontario, All the Time.

Nothing tastes better than fresh locally grown Ontario food. And with such a bounty to choose from, a gourmet meal is never further away than your very own crisper. Let Culinarium™ show you how to cook through the seasons with ingredients from around the province. From lamb to yams, asparagus to wheatberries, you’ll be amazed at the multitude of menus you’ll have at your fingertips.
All of Culinarium’s™ cooking classes are formatted to be a rich and decadent 3-part learning experience:
- Part 1: Tasting Menu – try an array of seasonal foods and learn about the different varieties of produce.
- Part 2: Kitchen Party – everyone grab an apron and let’s get cooking! We’ll be making at least 3 recipes using our featured menu item and some sides to balance out the perfect meal.
- Part 3: Dinner Time! Relax in our country-style kitchen with good food and good friends and enjoy the fruits of your labour!

Share in the bounty of Ontario Farms.
Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) Programs or Share Programs allow you to “share” in the bounty of specific farms in exchange for sharing some of Mother Nature’s risk. These programs create a sustainable cash flow for your choice farm and offer you a more direct relationship with the folks that grown and procure your food.
