Recipe – Chocolate Oatmeal

Chocolate for breakfast, you say? Yes I do. I’ve adapted this from Sally Fallon’s Nourishing Traditions. Soaking the oatmeal overnight makes the nutrients more bioavailable, it cooks a bit faster and the results are creamier, but you could cook according to the directions on your package and then add the final 4 ingredients.
