Recipe: Peach Chai Vinaigrette

¼ cup soy oil 2 tbsp cider vinegar 3 tbsp From These Roots peach chai jam salt & pepper to taste Whisk together soy oil, cider, vinegar, jam, salt and pepper to taste. Toss over fresh greens.  Tip: Change it up, substitute wild blueberry or raspberry rosemary jam for the peach jam.
