Tomato Preserving Bootcamp: Everything you need to know about tomatoes will be taught in this saucy class! From paste to whole tomatoes , sauces and salsas, Krista will show you how easy it is to enjoy fresh tomatoes all winter long.
On the menu: tomato paste, whole tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato salsa

Fall Harvest: A favourite season of many, the fall harvest brings forth a change in eating styles – from light and refreshing summer meals, to the warm and hearty suppers of autumn, learn how to create the perfect menus to compliment the change in  weather.
On the menu: Sweet Potato Rosti, Squash Risotto, Warm Vegetable Salad with Thyme Shallot Vinaigrette, Savoury Eggplant & Zucchini Lasagna

Enjoy a full course of rich and delicious Ontario cheeses, perfectly paired with some of the world’s finest beverages. Our knowledgeable instructors will teach you the proper way to pour, serve, store and savour your products to enhance your educational edible experience.
