Homemade Pasta 101

Join our favourite Italian pasta master Angelo Bean for a fun evening of creating your own pasta from scratch. Angelo will show you the old school way of making pasta. Come prepared for hands on work and to have some fun with a rolling pin in this hands on class. Once the pasta is made we’ll all sit down to a delicious Italian meal using your perfect pasta creations.

Sensational Sausage

Gourmet Sausage producer and avid locavore Angleo Bean will show us how to create our own homemade sausage. From fresh meat, grinding and stuffing the casings he’ll work with you side by side to create a delicious, artisan sausage. Once the sausages are made we’ll cook some up and “stuff” ourselves over the dinner table on the fruits of our labour.

Holiday Jellies

From the smoky to smooth and sublime we’ll tour your taste buds around the dels, highlands and lowlands of Scotland Scotch with a wee stop in Ontairo. We’ll also explore the basics of cheese tasting and how to pair cheese and scotch together for a surprisingly impressive match made in heaven…or perhaps Scotland!
