Share in the bounty of Ontario Farms

Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) Programs or Share Programs allow you to "share" in the bounty of specific farms in exchange for sharing some of Mother Nature's risk. These programs create a sustainable cash flow for your choice farm and offer you a more direct relationship with the folks that grown and procure your food.

Summer Produce CSA:

From June to October enjoy 19 weeks of farm fresh local organic produce from the Triple Cord Mennonite community in Aylmer Ontario. The Triple Cord Mennonite group is a collection of 22 Mennonite families from Elgin County that have been growing together organically and sustainably for the last 15 years. Through CulinariumTM, they are able to bring their fresh, wholesome produce directly to your table. Program Cost: small share: $515*, large share: $700*

Ontario Artisan Share Program™: Summer program.

Everyother Thursday for 18 weeks from June to October pick up your basket of Ontario Artisan food stuffs. A great way to sample the variety of wonderful foods produced here in our fine province. Shares include fresh fruit and veggies, artisan cheese, meats, legumes and various pantry staples such as flour, jam, syrup etc. Each week the basket will feature something different based on availability, harvest or seasonality.

Vegetarian Share – fresh produce, cheese                   $810*
Half Veggie – enjoy your OAS box every other week    $405*
Meat Share – fresh produce, cheese, meat                  $900*
Half Meat – enjoy your OAS box every other week         $450*

Meat Share Programs

In our quest to provide local, sustainable Ontario produced food, Culinarium™ has revived the ancient ritual of feeding our families with meat from a single animal, bred by passionate stewards of the land - local Ontario Farmers. Through Culinarium™ you can now buy a "share" of an LFP certified, pasture raised animal from a farmer you know and trust.
