In our gourmet food store you will find a large selection of natural, organic and sustainable foods locally produced using farm fresh ingredients from around the province.
There are many reasons to buy food locally. You’ve heard them all before: decrease your carbon footprint; support local economies; fresh food tastes better. We’d like to add one more to the list.
It is our experience that a meal is more enjoyable when you know and trust your food sources. There is no better meal than the one where you can name all the hands that have touched your food on its journey from field to your fork, a meal where you know the love and care that went into preparing that food. This, is the Culinarium™ experience.

Meat Share Program: In our quest to provide local, sustainable Ontario produced food, Culinarium™ has revived the ancient ritual of feeding our families with meat from a single animal, bred by passionate stewards of the land - local Ontario Farmers. Through Culinarium™ you can now buy a "share" of an LFP certified animal from a farmer you know and trust. Currently we offer Lamb and Beef, and chicken.
There is always room on our shelves for products from passionate local producers. If you make an exceptional food product, produced here in Ontario and would like to discuss retail opportunities, please contact us to set up a sampling appointment.
